My Cube shadow stopped working and won’t connect to my phone. I’ve had it on the charger now for several hours and there is no light present, Is there a way to tell if it is going to come on?


When your Cube Shadow is charging a red light should blink, when it is fully charged the light should be solid red.


If your Cube won’t connect to your phone follow the steps below.

Step 1: Turn off Bluetooth on your phone.

Step 2: Press and hold the button on the Cube for 10 seconds (and until it beeps) to reset it.

Step 3: Turn Bluetooth back on, see if this fixes the problem.

If the problem presets, replace (or recharge) the battery in your Cube and repeat steps 1 through 3.
